We require copies of all guest's passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.

The open-plan fully equipped kitchen ensures you have all you need to prepare daily meals, and the dining table comfortably seats six for shared family or group meals. After a busy day of exploration, unwind on the cozy sofa in the inviting lounge, watching your favorite shows on the big screen TV. Step out onto the balcony and savor the tranquil community views.

The generously sized bedrooms boast linen, ensuring a luxuriously comfortable night's sleep. And for a touch of pampering, the bathrooms feature Holiday Keepers' fluffy towels and hotel-grade amenities. While the apartment doesn't include daily housekeeping, additional cleaning can be arranged upon request with 24 hours' notice for a fixed fee. To start your stay on the right note, a starter pack of toiletries is provided, although please note that consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not included. Stay connected throughout your stay with high-speed WiFi boasting average speeds of 250mbps, making sure you're always in touch with the world
