We require copies of all guests passports who are staying on the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management). A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.

Additionally, the building offers amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and a private on-site parking spot. Located just a 10-minute walk from the Dubai Metro, commuting around Dubai is effortless. Please note that daily housekeeping is not included, but you can arrange for additional cleaning with 24 hours' notice for a fixed fee. The apartment is self-contained and comes with a starter pack of toiletries. However, consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not provided.
