We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management). A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.

The living and bedroom areas are generously sized, providing you with functional and comfortable spaces. Relax on the plush sofa in front of the large smart TV, making your downtime peaceful and enjoyable. The luxurious bed is adorned with linen, so cozy and soft that you might find yourself indulging in a few extra moments of relaxation. The modern and sleek bathroom features fluffy towels and hotel-grade amenities, leaving you feeling refreshed and great all day.

Please note that daily housekeeping is not provided, but we offer additional cleaning services for a fixed fee with 24 hours' notice upon request. The apartment is self-contained, and we provide a starter pack of toiletries. However, please be aware that consumables like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not included. High-speed WiFi with average speeds of 250mbps is available throughout the apartment.
