House rules
- Your Check-In time is 4 PM onward.
- Your Check-Out time is 11:00 AM
- 10 PM to 7 AM are Quiet Hours
- A max of 7 vehicles can be parked at the property.
- No unregistered guests are allowed on the property unless authorized.
- Fireworks are prohibited. It will attract penalties.
- Please ensure that all towels are returned in good condition. Any towels found in the garbage will incur an additional charge of $50 per towel, which will be deducted from your security deposit. - Please take a moment to check that all game items are present when you check in. If anything is missing during or after your stay, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the entire game set.
- Don't move furniture around the house.
- Please make sure all lights and heating/Air Conditioning are turned off when you leave the property each day.
- While Checking-Out we request you to please dump the garbage bags at the garage.
