A private gated driveway leads through peaceful, wooded surroundings to a spacious 9-bedroom mansion with 8 bathrooms and additional bedding options. Whether you are planning a Poconos wedding, welcoming guests for a destination celebration, or gathering loved ones for an important occasion, The Mansion offers the space and flexibility to make the experience feel entirely your own.

The estate is especially well suited for wedding weekends, with room for guests to stay together and plenty of space to prepare, gather, celebrate, and unwind. Indoor areas can support pre-wedding gatherings and receptions, while the surrounding grounds create beautiful opportunities for outdoor ceremonies, photography, and relaxed post-wedding moments.

Beyond the celebration itself, guests can enjoy a private movie theater, indoor game room, conference room, and a large hot tub near the game room. A second, smaller hot tub near the dining area is currently not operational and is not available for guest use.

With parking for up to 8 vehicles, a private setting, and generous grounds, the estate creates a more intimate alternative to conventional event venues. Couples can enjoy the freedom of celebrating in one place while keeping close family and friends nearby throughout the stay.

House rules

* Your Check-In time is 4 PM onward.
* A Maximum of 8 Vehicles can be parked on the property.
* 10 PM to 7 AM are Quiet Hours
* The rooftop areas of the holiday home are strictly off-limits to guests. Breaking this policy will result in a fine of $500.
* Fireworks are strictly prohibited at the property. It will attract penalties.
* Please take a moment to check that all game items are present when you check in. If anything is missing during or after your stay, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the entire game set.
* Please ensure that all towels are returned in good condition. Any towels discovered in the trash will result in an additional charge of $50 per towel.
* Don't move furniture around the house.
* Help Keep Our Pool Clean: Do not add chemicals or substances. Pool treatments are handled exclusively by our staff to avoid discoloration and long downtime.
* No unregistered guests are allowed on the property unless authorized.
* Please ensure all lights and heating/Air conditioning are turned off when you leave the property each day.
* While Checking-Out we request you to please keep the garbage bags all tied up in the garage.

Damages & Additional Charges Policy

- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The Security Deposit does not limit liability for damages. If repair, replacement, or extra cleaning costs exceed the Security Deposit amount, guests will be charged additionally for the remaining balance.
