Villa Calangute Phase 1 – Holiday St. Beach Villa w/Pool, Bathtub & Games
Welcome to our self-catered haven, offering lodging and culinary freedom with exclusive access to cooking facilities, sans the constraints of traditional room service or pre-prepared meals. This villa, a mere 2-minute stroll (200 meters) from Calangute beach, boasts air conditioning in the living room, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. A shared swimming pool awaits your leisure, complemented by a pool table, foosball game table, and carrom board. Additionally, revel in the connectivity provided by free WiFi with speeds ranging from 30 to 50 mbps. The villa accommodates two king-size beds and four single beds, convertible into a king-size bed upon request. Check-in begins at 12 pm, checkout at 10 am, with flexibility contingent on availability. Immerse yourself in the perfect blend of comfort and convenience at our villa, ensuring a memorable escape.

Additional rules
We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable:
1. No Pets as our swimming pools are not tiled but have a liner (we have other villas ideal for pets).
2. No Large Speaker or Loud music on site (We have other villas with party rooms).
3. No Loud noise/shouting at night near the swimming pool area after 9pm (it's a peaceful neighborhood).
4.No Smoking in the bedrooms, you can smoke in the large garden area outside.
5. Swimming Pool accessible ONLY between 8 am to 8 pm
6. The management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of personal items or valuables. Kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings and put valuable items in the digital locker provided.

The space
Key Features of Phase 1
☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.
☆ This villa is 2 min walk (200 mtrs) to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 4 AC bedrooms & 3 bathrooms with Shared swimming pool + Pool table + Foosball Game Table + Carrom board with another adjacent 6BHK villa (PHASE2). Free WiFi with 30-50 mbps speed.
☆ Villa has 2 king-size beds & 4 single beds. ON REQUEST: single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.
☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability.
☆The pool is shared with the next door villa, namely Villa Calangute Phase 2.
☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours which includes cleaning of the bedrooms/bathrooms/kitchen and living room area. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.
☆ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site).
☆ Parking is compounded for 2 Cars.
The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks for an extra cost.
