Additional rules
We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable:
1. No Pets as our swimming pools are not tiled but have a liner (we have other villas ideal for pets).
2. No Large Speaker or Loud music on site (We have other villas with party rooms).
3. No Loud noise/shouting at night near the swimming pool area after 9pm (it's a peaceful neighborhood).
4.No Smoking in the bedrooms, you can smoke in the large garden area outside.
5. Swimming Pool accessible ONLY between 8 am to 8 pm
6. The management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of personal items or valuables. Kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings and put valuable items in the digital locker provided.
Lastly, because this is a HolidayKeepers community not a hotel, and is also my holiday home, please be respectful of the property and treat it as your own home.

The space
Experience the freedom of self-catered living at Villa Calangute Phase 12, where lodging and cooking facilities are provided, offering independence with no meals and room service. Situated just a 10-minute walk from Calangute beach, this villa boasts a prime location and features a living room with AC, along with 6 air-conditioned bedrooms and 6 en-suite bathrooms. The shared swimming pool adds a refreshing touch, complemented by free WiFi with a speedy 30-50 mbps connection.
Accommodate your group with 5 king-size beds and 2 single beds, which can be joined upon request, transforming into a king-size bed with a 1-inch foam cover. Notably, Bathroom 5 is open to the sky, providing a unique experience amidst coconut trees, while Bathroom 6 offers transparency with a non-tinted glass wall, ideal for couples. Check-in at 12 pm and check-out at 10 am, with flexibility based on availability. The pool is shared with the neighboring Villa Calangute Phase 11, and daily housekeeping for 4 hours ensures a well-maintained space. Linens and towels are provided but not changed for stays of 3 nights or less, with the option for daily changes at an additional cost.
