We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable:
1. No Pets as our swimming pools are not tiled but have a liner (we have other villas ideal for pets).
2. No Large Speaker or Loud music on site (We have other villas with party rooms).
3. No Loud noise/shouting at night near the swimming pool area after 9pm (it's a peaceful neighborhood).
4.No Smoking in the bedrooms, you can smoke in the large garden area outside.
5. Swimming Pool accessible ONLY between 8 am to 8 pm
6. The management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of personal items or valuables. Kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings and put valuable items in the digital locker provided.

Accommodate your group with 4 king-size beds and 10 single beds, which can be seamlessly transformed into king-size beds upon request. Check-in at 12 pm, check out at 10 am, with flexibility subject to availability. Daily 4-hour housekeeping ensures a pristine environment, while bed linen and towels are provided (unchanged for stays of 3 nights or less). For an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day, indulge in daily changes of linens, bath towels, and swimming pool towels. Rest easy with 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Genset onsite) and ample parking for 3 cars within the compound.
