* Your Check-In time is 4 PM onward.
* A Maximum of 8 Vehicles can be parked on the property.
* 10 PM to 7 AM are Quiet Hours
* The rooftop areas of the holiday home are strictly off-limits to guests. Breaking this policy will result in a fine of $500.
* Fireworks are strictly prohibited at the property. It will attract penalties.
* Please take a moment to check that all game items are present when you check in. If anything is missing during or after your stay, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the entire game set.
* Please ensure that all towels are returned in good condition. Any towels discovered in the trash will result in an additional charge of $50 per towel.
* Don't move furniture around the house.
* Help Keep Our Pool Clean: Do not add chemicals or substances. Pool treatments are handled exclusively by our staff to avoid discoloration and long downtime.
* No unregistered guests are allowed on the property unless authorized.
* Please ensure all lights and heating/Air conditioning are turned off when you leave the property each day.
* While Checking-Out we request you to please keep the garbage bags all tied up in the garage.
