- Your Check In time is 4 PM onward.
- A max of 5 vehicles can be parked at the property.
- 11 PM to 7 AM are Quiet Hours
- No unregistered guests are allowed on the property unless authorized.
- Strictly Fireworks are prohibited at the property. It will attract penalties.
- Please take a moment to check that all game items are present when you check in. If anything is missing during or after your stay, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the entire game set.
- Please ensure that all towels are returned in good condition. Any towels discovered in the trash will result in an additional charge of $50 per towel.
- Help Keep Our Pool Clean: Do not add chemicals or substances. Pool treatments are handled exclusively by our staff to avoid discoloration and long downtime
- Don't move furniture around the house.
- Please ensure all lights and heating/Air conditioning are turned off when you leave the property each day.
- While Checking-Out we request you to please keep the garbage bags all tied up in the garage.

Best place to have a family vacation, and the vibes of the home feel like our own house. Pool table becomes the best source of entertainment for the kids. The outdoor surrounding was so calm and peaceful, loved by the family elders. We will definitely gone visit this home again.

I had a great stay with my family at Holidaykeepers property. The house was charming and had a lot of character, our kids had wonderful time in the game room. Unfortunately, one of the drawers in the refrigerator was not working properly, but it was still functional. Despite this minor issue, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.
Loved staying here. Came here with my friends for 4 days, and there's so much to do here. It's a vast property, and has all kinds of outdoor and indoor games. The host was highly responsive and was always available. Great place for a get together with friends!!

It's a pretty beautiful, laid-back house that's been well-kept.
We were a group of three families who had a great time during our three-day stay at this location. It's a massive estate with plenty of outdoor activities. It's a fantastic spot to spend time with your children. The space is much larger than it seems in the photos. Shatrughan's crew was very personable, and they made sure that we had a wonderful time throughout our stay...we will certainly return!!
