Flexible Policy
Full Refund until 72 hrs prior to arrival, 80% refund 24 hrs prior to arrival, zero refund between 0- 24 hrs to arrival.
Prom Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 21 days of check-in:
- No refund will be provided.
Cancellation 21 days or more before check-in:
- 50% of the total booking amount will be deducted.
- The remaining 50% will be refunded to the customer.
Moderate Policy
Full Refund until 5 days to arrival, 50% refund 24 hrs prior to arrival, zero refund between 0- 24 hrs to arrival.
Strict Policy
Full Refund until 15 days to arrival, 30% refund 24 hrs prior to arrival, zero refund between 0- 24 hrs to arrival.
Note: The policy mentioned above applies only to standard bookings. It does not apply to prom, wedding, or event bookings. These bookings are governed by a separate policy. Please connect with our agent to confirm the applicable policy details before proceeding.
Please Note: If it is a prom booking, no refund will be issued if canceled within 30 days of check-in, effective from 22nd May 2024
