Welcome to our Elkhorn condo! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please treat the home with care and respect. Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 11:00 pm, and checkout is by 10:00 am. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in with our keypad system. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, but kindly note that pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am to maintain a peaceful environment. Please refrain from hosting parties, events, or commercial photography on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited. To protect the carpeting, kindly remove street shoes before entering; any damage will incur a $350 cleaning fee.
